These Terms of Use govern your use of stickylewds.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Sticky Lewds (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Age requirement

The Site contains mature content and is intended only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to access the Site or make a purchase. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may cancel any order where we have reason to believe this requirement is not met.

2. Mature content

Products on this Site may depict nudity and sexual themes. You are responsible for ensuring that viewing and owning this content is lawful where you live. If adult content offends you or is unlawful in your location, do not use the Site.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to verify age. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund. Product images are representative; minor variation in colour and finish between screens and the printed item is normal.

4. Custom orders

Custom artwork is produced to your specifications and is not printed until you approve a digital proof. Custom orders are final sale except for confirmed production defects. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details.

We will not produce custom work that depicts real people, depicts minors or characters who are minors, or reproduces another artist’s work without their permission.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Use and display of products

Products are sold for private, personal use. You are solely responsible for how and where you display any product you purchase, and for complying with all applicable laws, including laws on public display of mature content. We do not condone the public display of mature designs and accept no liability for how products are used after purchase.

7. Intellectual property

Site content created by us, including our logo, original characters, site design, and written copy, belongs to Sticky Lewds and may not be copied or reused without permission. See our Intellectual Property and Fan Art Disclaimer regarding third-party characters.

8. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sticky Lewds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
